
Age 94. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Charlie was born in Flint, MI, 1916 and passed away peacefully, at home on Thursday, November 4, 2010. He was a WWII Veteran who owned and worked two farms while working in job shops and attaining a degree. He became an engineer and supervisor of AC Spark Plug Experimental Design and Model Shop. He went on to own Precision Industries, a Tool & Die and Specialty Engineering firm. Charlie was a Master Mason, 32nd Degree Scottish Right, and Shriner. Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Leota, daughters Juldeen, Charlee (Jerry), Lalaine, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by one sister Ruth, and many nieces and nephews. A kind and generous man. Charlie was a one of a kind man who loved nature, life and his work. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2010 from 4-8 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI. Wednesday, November 10, 2010, visitation will also be held from 11a.m. until time of Funeral Service starting at 12:00 noon. Pastor Max Hayden officiating.
