WADE, James L. – Age 88, formerly of Millington, MI., went to be with Our Savior Saturday, July 23, 2011. He passed peacefully in his sleep at the Holly Convalescent Home. He was a member of the Shilo Baptist Church. Mr. Wade was preceded in death by his wife, Verna Mae (Demaray) and son James Wade Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Susan and husband Dale Carson of Harlowton, MT., brother, Bob Wade of Bentley, MI, sisters, Carma Crawford and Pat White both of Florida, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. James and Verna Mae have joined together in eternal peace. Friends may visit the family from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011 at the funeral home. Pastor Jim Gosnell will officiate.
