Joanne Munoz

Joanne Munoz, age 57 of Flint, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 5, 1959 in Flint to parents Henry and Beatrice (Barron) Munoz. Joanne enjoyed many things like coloring, spending time with everyone at family events, and being close with her family and friends. She also enjoyed taking trips Up North, eating sweet treats, and the companion ship of her beloved dog, Winston. Joanne will be remembered for always having a smile on her face and the happiness she brought to everyone who was in her presence. Joanne is survived by her brothers: Henry Munoz, Jr., Steven Munoz, and Larry (Michelle Stafford) Munoz; step-mother, Margo Carpenter, and the extended Carpenter and Husa families. She was preceded in death by both parents. A brief prayer service will take place at 5:30pm on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Brown Funeral Home (1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 3-6pm. Interment at Flint Memorial Park.
