Joyce Gail Letson

LETSON, Joyce Gail – age 57, passed away on December 25, 2017 in Flint, Michigan. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 10am – 2pm at Brown Funeral Home – 1480 E. Hill Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 2pm at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Allen West officiating. Joyce was born on May 15, 1960 in St. Ignace, Michigan to parents Harry and Jessie Clark. She graduated in 1978 from Atherton High School in Burton, Michigan. On June 26, 1993 in Burton, Michigan, Joyce married the man of her dreams Michael Letson. Together they built a life full of happiness. Joyce enjoyed many things in her life such as watching the Detroit Pistons, horseback riding, camping, and coloring beautiful pictures. But most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends out in warm sunshine, lounging by her pool. Joyce was a wonderful woman that will be deeply missed by all. She is survived by her husband of nearly 25 years, Michael Letson; step-son, Raymond Letson; mother, Jessie Clark; siblings: Jerrie (Scott) Bailey, Steve Clark, Susan (Robert) Talifarro, Shelly Ashley, Norman Clark; many nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Tina, Shari, and Marie. Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Harry Clark and brother-in-law, Robert Ashley. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Jessie Clark on behalf of Michael Letson in memory of Joyce.
