Mrs. Julie Jules Ann Howart Laidlaw

LAIDLAW, Julie ‘Jules’ of Flint, age 51, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at McLaren Regional Medical Center surrounded by family. Visitation Thursday 11-8 PM and Friday 10 AM until Funeral Service at 1 PM at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc. Julie’s nephew Steven Farnham will be officiating. Cremation will take place following the services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the National Association of the Physically Handicapped (NAPH). Julie was born November 10, 1958 in Flint, Michigan to William and Phyllis Howart. She married Carl in 1976. She enjoyed being an active member of the NAPH, playing bingo and spoiling her grandkids. Surviving are husband, Carl of 34 years; children, Jamie and Johnathan (Tammy); grandkids, Paige and Craig; siblings, Joseph Howart (Teresa); Jerry Howart (Joyce), Jeanette Park (Charlie), Joann Farnham (Mark); many nieces and nephews; and her two special cats Max and Jules. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Laura. Special thanks to her physicians and the staff at McLaren Regional Medical Center.
