DRAZIC, Katica – Age 89, died Saturday, June 21, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Drazic was born in Yugoslavia November 23, 1924 the daughter of the late Mato and Nada Tonkovic. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and the Flint Croatian Slovene Home where she loved to go dancing with her husband Ivan (John). Together they enjoyed hunting, fishing, dinner and dancing and their renowned flower gardens. Katica was an excellent seamstress who learned her trade while growing up in Yugoslavia. Surviving are her niece Cheryl Wilson; great nephews, Mark and Matthew Tonkovich; great great nieces, Savannah and Isabella Tonovich. Mrs. Drazic was also preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Drazic and her sister and brother. Friends may visit the family from 12 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, Michigan. The Funeral Service will be 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Our Lady of the Desert in Tucson, Arizona.
