Beth was born on January 29, 1928, to Edward and Mary Seltzer in Onaway, Michigan. She graduated from Flint Central High School in 1946 and married Olin Sherwood on October 27, 1951.
Surviving are children, Roy (Cindy) Sherwood of Dahlonega, Georgia, Kendra Shumaker of Flint and Teresa (Kevin) VanArsdale of Swartz Creek; grandchildren, Adam (Anna) Sherwood, Jared Sherwood, Logan Shumaker, Lea Shumaker, Kurt VanArsdale, and Steven VanArsdale; and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and nine siblings.
