Mary Jane Shelton Desgrange

February 20, 2012 at the Hurley Medical Center. Funeral Services will be

1:00 P.M. Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E.

Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI. Pastor Robert Soulliere officiating. Interment at

Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. and

Monday from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Mary was born October 1, 1926 in

Brownstown, IN. Mary met her husband at Kentucky Christian College

where they soon married and started their family. Her husband Karel

graduated as a Preacher. She worked for Navel Intelligence in Dallas, TX

and later retired from the Federal Bankruptcy Court here in Michigan. She

and her husband volunteered for NARFE. Surviving are son Stephen

(Gloria) Desgrange; sister Chris Byers; daughter-in-law Jackie Desgrange;

grandchildren Michael (Tracy Moore) Desgrange, Jacob (Erin) Desgrange,

Christine (Matt Quinn) Desgrange, Adam (Kimberly) Desgrange, Phoebe

(Pirooz) Dabed, Don Desgrange, Amy Desgrange, Cynthia Desgrange;

great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She attended Pine Run

Church of Christ. Preceded in death by husband Karel Desgrange in 2006

and sons Richard Desgrange in 2008, James Desgrange 2012.
