Michael Joseph Charboneau

CHARBONEAU, Michael Joseph – age 84 of Grand Blanc, MI passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the Oaks of Woodfield. Visitation will take place at the church from 9AM until the time of the Funeral Mass. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 10:30AM at Holy Family Catholic Church – 11804 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI. Msgr. Jerry Vincke celebrant. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc. Michael was born on April 28, 1932 in Detroit, MI to the late Francis and Laurine (Denomme) Charboneau. He married the love of his life, Dolores, on September 10, 1960. Michael was a long-time member of Holy Family Catholic Church. He was a dedicated husband, devoted father, loving grandfather, and caring brother. Surviving are his children, Michael (Jean) Charboneau Jr., Paul (Kerstin) Charboneau, Susan Charboneau, and Daniel (Lori) Charboneau; grandchildren, Michael, Charlie, Kate, Ben, Sophia, Daniel, and Joseph; sister, Elaine Costello, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Dolores in 2014; and son, Thomas Charboneau.
