Phyllis Jean Watchorn

Phyllis Jean Watchorn, age 92, of Grand Blanc, Michigan passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021. Phyllis was born October 21, 1928 to the late Edward and Augusta Gore. She was the beloved mother of Bonnie (Dave) Wick, Beverly Allen, Patti Watchorn, Tim (Debbie) Watchorn, Becky Kanera, Christi (Brian) Marx, Paul Watchorn and Ruth (Jeff) Ruegg; adored grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grand children; and beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Phyllis loved sewing, reading and music. She was an avid reader. She enjoyed reading the bible and the encyclopedia. Phyllis had a love for music. She was an accomplished organist and pianist. Her musical talents were heard by at the First Baptist Church of Clio, Reigle Funeral Chapel years ago, and the organ club which originated at the Capitol Theatre. Phyllis was a lover of many things but her family was the love of her life. Phyllis will be sorely missed.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband Ferris; parents, Edward and Augusta; siblings; and son-in-law, Bob Allen. A celebration of life will be held at a later date with her family.
