

CLARK, Ruth Mary – age 78, of Frankenmuth, MI, formerly of Grand Blanc, MI passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw surrounded by her family. Visitation will take place on Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 6PM-9PM at Hill Funeral Home -11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI 48439. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Daryl Taylor officiating. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. Ruth was born on February 21, 1936 in Flint, MI to the late Alfred and Kate Ruth (Oram) Tootell. She married Duane T. Clark on September 6, 1958 at North Baptist Church in Flint, MI. Ruth was a telephone operator for Bell Telephone Company. She and Duane owned Clark’s Dental Prosthetics, where she was the delivery driver for many years. Ruth loved to bake all sorts of delicious treats for her family and friends. She was a member of the Community Baptist Church of Davison and their choir, the Courtland Center Trailblazers, and attended the Grand Blanc Senior Citizen Center on a regular basis. Surviving are her daughters, Mary Penzer, Anna Caraway, and Sarah Clark; grandchildren, Brandi, Rachel, Nicole, Misty, Brie, Mystery, and Malia; great-grandchildren, Esteban, Mateo, Aiden, Caila, Levi, and Eliniah. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Duane T. Clark; daughter, Naomi Ruth Clark; grandson, Wolfgang Penzer; and brother, Art Tootell.
