Ms. Berg was a health care administrator.
She is survived by three sons, Daniel Collins of Grand Junction, William Collins of LaVerkin, Utah, and Stephen Collins of Fort Collins; one daughter, Jean Muth of Black Forest; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Betty B. Berg passed away January 7, 2016, at age 91. She was born to Clara Belle and William E. Hornbeck in Eckert, CO, in the family homestead cabin on October 14, 1924.
She retired from the Grand Junction Regional Center in 1984.
Betty was a true outdoor woman. She enjoyed picnics, hiking, and mountain trips. She looked forward to family gatherings, Bible Study, and her church activities.
After her husband Willis passed, she lived independently and happily on her ranch on Orchard Mesa enjoying the abundant wildlife.
Betty is survived by her four children: Daniel Collins of Grand Junction; William (Sharon) Collins of LaVerkin, UT; Stephen (Deb) Collins of Fort Collins, CO; and Jean (Jimmy) Muth of Black Forest, CO. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her brother, William F. Hornbeck.
Services will be held Monday, January 11, at 2:00 pm at the Living Hope Evangelical Free Church, 2840 B ½ Road, Grand Junction, CO 81503.
