Billy E. Mitchem passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on October 21, 1929 to Martha (Akers) and Floyd Mitchem, Bill was a resident of Rangely, Colorado since 1957 and grew up near Agate, Colorado.
The family invites all who loved and respected Bill to celebrate his life with them on May 30, 2026, 2 pm at Elks Park in Rangely.
