Bobby was born on November 20, 1960, in Craig, Colorado, to Jay D. and Verna Jean (Arnett) Stinecipher. He owned Outwest Transport, a car hauling business in Grand Junction, for several years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, horses, and he especially loved his GTO.
Bobby leaves his two children, Jay Baron and Katelin; and four sisters, Sherry, Tammy, Robin, and Sandy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Jean Stinecipher, and sisters, Debbie and Patsey.
