Charlotte Fay Smith, 68, Paonia, died Dec. 16, 2015, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 29 at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Paonia.
Survivors include her husband, Doug; two sons, Mark Simpson and Mike Simpson; one brother, Harvey Emmons; and two sisters, Linda Payte and Reita Leonard.
