Corey Bruce Uptain, 36, Fruita, died Nov. 1, 2014, at The H Motel. Services took place Nov. 7.
He is survived by one son, Jordan of Fruita; one daughter, Fandiesa Uptain, also of Fruita; his father, Bruce of Dolores; his mother, Tonya Mason of Fruita; and two brothers, Cameron of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Darren of Dolores.
