Survivors include his wife, Sandra Lynn; three sons, David Dale, and Jason Mathew, both of Ramona, California, and Vernon Leming of St. Louis, Missouri; one daughter, Cassandra Bocker of Alexandria, Virginia; one brother, Edwin Bowen of Georgetown, California; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
