Survivors include one son, Russell of Grand Junction; three daughters, Gale Felt and Lori Rosette, both of Grand Junction, and Pam Atkins of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Dottie Williams, a lifetime Grand Junction
resident, died Monday, January 23. She was 76.
Dottie was a wife, mother, grandma and great-grandma. Dottie worked as a nurse’s aid at Lower Valley Hospital and later at Coors Porcelain. Dottie and Wayne enjoyed camping and fishing and passed the love of the mountains on to their children and grandchildren.
Dottie is preceded in death by her husband Wayne and her faithful companion, Chance.
Dottie is survived by her son Russell Williams and wife Becky; daughters Gale Felt and husband Ron, Lori Rosette and husband Dennis, all of Grand Junction and Pamela Atkins and husband Tom, of Houston, Texas.
Dottie is survived by six grandsons, Jason Williams and wife Cara, Matthew Williams and wife Tarah, Benjamin Felt and wife Christina, Jeremy Felt and wife Ashley, Karl Rosette and wife Kali, Lyle Atkins and wife Caroline. Her surviving great-grandkids are Madison Williams, Destiny Morris, Dakota Williams, Matthew “MJ” Williams Jr., Caleb Rosette and Emma Felt.
Dottie is also survived by her sister Mabel Peters of El Dorado Hills, CA and her brother Donald Connor of Mesquite, NV.
The children of Wayne and Dottie wish to thank the friends and staff at Hope West.
The family held a private graveside service at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
