Ms. Neff was a co-owner of a manufacturer’s representative firm.
Survivors include one daughter, Jennie Hemborg of Grand Junction; one sister, Pat Hergenroether of Indianapolis; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth Louise (Betty) Neff passed away Saturday, September 26th at Hope West Care Center in Grand Junction as the result of injuries suffered in a fall. She was 97 years old.
Betty was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 23, 1918, the oldest of 3 children born to Harold and Ethel Yount. She attended Shortridge High School in Indianapolis and Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
She met her future husband, James Neff, in Indianapolis. They married September 17, 1940 and lived happily there until his death in 1980. They had one daughter, Jennie. Together they built a successful manufacturer's representative business.
After her husbands death she moved to Littleton Colorado to be near her daughter, son-in-law and grandchild. Her daughter and son-in-law adopted three children from Korea in 1987. She enjoyed her grandchildren immensely and was active in their lives
Upon her son-in-law's retirement in 2000 Betty moved with him and her daughter to Grand Junction. She made new friends and loved life in the smaller town. She remained active and traveled well into her 90s.
Betty was active in the First Congregational Church in Grand Junction, where she made many new friends.
She lived in Lakeside and took part in many activities available in the neighborhood.
She is survived by her sister Patricia Hergenroether of Indianapolis, daughter, Jennie Hemborg (Tom) of Grand Junction, grandchildren Laura Belanger (Tracey), Kristen Aragon (Robert) and Scott Hemborg; and two great-grandchildren.
