Carol McInnis, 93, Grand Junction, died July 10, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.
Services will take place at 1 p.m. Aug. 6 at Callahan Edfast Mortuary.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Michael of Evergreen, Scott of Grand Junction and Kohler of Durango; three daughters, Kathy Krey and Caré McInnis, both of Grand Junction, and Patricia McInnis-Cole of Evergreen; one sister, Phyllis Donnelly of Boulder; 19 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
