Frances is survived by her daughter, Linda Neel; nephews, Darrell (Linda) Martin, James (Patty) Martin, and Mickey Guyton; her nieces, Cathy Adami and her children, Tyree, Brittany, and Dustie, and Shirley Harris and her children, Wesley, Waylon (Amy), and Tyler (Jen). She is preceded in death by her husband, George C. McKinney; son, Clifford Price; brothers, Doyle Parker and Robert Martin, and his wife Doris Martin; sister, Gladys Guyton; and her niece, Ann Etheridge.
