H. Duane Phelps, 85, Grand Junction, died Dec. 20, 2015, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.
Mr. Phelps was a manager at Frontier Airlines.
Survivors include one son, Brad of Cedar City, Utah; one daughter, Kimberly Phelps Bradshaw of Layton, Utah; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
