Mr. Williams was a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Wendy; two daughters, Bailey and Brooke, both of Glade Park; and one sister, Nicha Costopoulos of Grand Junction.

Jacob left his loving family on Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

Jacob was born to Jay and Sheryl Williams on February 27, 1977, in Grand Junction, CO. He graduated from Fruita Monument High School in 1996. Jacob married Wendy Thomson on December 26, 2001. They have two beautiful daughters, Bailey and Brooke. Jacob was a wonderful father and loved his girls, taking them with him wherever he went and whenever he could.

He is survived by one sister, Nicha Costopoulos (Ray) of Grand Junction, CO.

Jacob was extremely talented, working with wood, tile, decorating homes and in creating schematics for his projects. He built bridges and park walkways, and worked for FCI Construction, Tusca II and finally for GCS. It seemed to his family that he could do almost anything he set his mind upon, and did it well!

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sheryl Williams. He has a large family living in Grand Junction; grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, cousins and was adored by all of them!! Jacob also has many wonderful friends who had been his friends since they were in grade school. We all will miss his smile and easy-going manner.

A celebration of life will be held at 880 23 Road, Grand Junction, on Saturday, July 12 at 3:00 p.m. with a potluck dinner to follow.

In lieu of flowers a memorial account has been opened in the name of ""Jacob Williams Memorial Fund"" at Alpine Bank.
