Jeffery Dean Lynch, 56, of West Jordan, Utah, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025 in Grand Junction, CO. Born on November 18, 1968, in Evanston, WY, to Otis and Marylou Lynch.
Jeff loved an adventure! He was happiest being involved in the most spectacular fireworks show each year for the 4th of July or on a scuba trip across the world with his best friends. He looked forward to watching his Denver Broncos play and being around his family. Jeff had a quiet gentle spirit that drew people to him. He was easy to be around, he had a warm smile and was a friend to all. He never had a negative thing to say about anyone and saw the good in everyone.
He was a true warrior, he didn’t have an easy life, he had several life threatening illnesses throughout his life from which he chose to not complain nor dwell on, but to live in the present, enjoying every minute to the fullest, with those he loved, for he knew tomorrow was never promised. Jeff was the most loyal trustworthy human being there ever was, his morals were unwavering and his integrity was above all else. His best “furry” friend Benji, was waiting for him and welcomed him home at the magnificent gates of Heaven. Jeff will be greatly missed, we all loved him. Thankfully, we have our memories, and those we hold closely until the glorious day we see him again!
Jeff is survived by his brothers Mike Lynch (and his wife Merrilyn Lynch), Dennis Lynch and his sister Kim Suplizio. Jeff has many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that he loved dearly.
There will be a CELEBRATION OF LIFE for Jeff on December 6, 2025 at 2016 Tiara Ct, Grand Junction, CO from 3-6 p.m.
