Joshua Rhyan Umberger, 46, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025, after a brave battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, Joshua lived a life grounded in faith, love, and service.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Michelle Renae Umberger; children Nicole (Mikkel), Shayna (Isaac), and Keidan; grandchildren Cody and Brielynn; parents Dale and Cheryl; brother Brandon (Laney) and a large, loving extended family and church community.
Founder of Alpha Omega Irrigation and Landscape, Joshua was a successful entrepreneur and mentor. He was also a leader in a marriage ministry, loved travel and sports, and cherished time with his loved ones. He will be remembered as a faithful man of God, a source of strength, and a true friend.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on June 16th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Enjoy Church, 720 Grand Ave, Grand Junction, CO.
