

Born on April 24th, 1934, to Homer and Chloe Durham in Olton, Texas, Lena spent her childhood in Olton and graduated from Spring Lake High School. She married J.W. (Jake) Hackler in Olton, TX, and together they shared many years of love and companionship. Throughout her life, Lena worked as a hairstylist and a real estate agent. She was an active member of the Church of God and found great joy in volunteering, attending church services, and admiring butterflies. Above all, Lena was deeply devoted to her faith and loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Lena is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Chloe; her sisters, Hattie Jolly and Ruby Moore; her brother, Clinton Durham; and her husband, J.W. Hackler.
She is survived by her daughters, Thressa Barker (John) of Nowata, OK, Donniece Osborn of Abilene, TX, and Linda Wells Withem of Grand Junction, CO; her grandchildren, Cori Barker (Adrian) of OK, Jeremy Barker (Crystal) of TX, Shawn Wells (Angie) of Fruita, CO, and Ryan Wells (Savannah) of Grand Junction, CO; and seven great-grandchildren.
Lena will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
