Max Scott Slade was born on August 3, 1959 in Monticello, Utah to Max B Slade and Edith L Allen and passed away at the age of 61 years on July 13, 2021 at St Mary's Hospital, Grand Junction, Colorado.
Max married Cindy Slade on February 20, 1981 in Cortez, Colorado. They lived in Grand Junction for 30 years.
Max was a member of Fellowship Church. Max served our country in the United States Air Force.
He was a Customer Service Manager and loved outdoor activities.
Max is survived by his wife Cindy Slade of Grand Junction, Colorado; sons Max Slade Jr, Tony Slade and Steven Slade, all of Grand Junction, Colorado and daughter Stacey Ewing also of Grand Junction, Colorado.
Max is also survived by his brothers Ron Slade of Grand Junction, Colorado; Glen Slade of Georgetown Texas and sister Ann Norris of Kearny, Arizona.
Max is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
