Melissa Wens, 45, Grand Junction, died Nov. 8, 2015, at her residence.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Victory Life Church. Visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will be at 2 p.m. at Palisade Municipal Cemetery.
Ms. Wens was an administrative assistant in health care.
She is survived by her parents Dave and Regina Wens of Grand Junction; and a brother Cody Wens of Grand Junction.
