Patricia Ruth Collins passed away at the Hospice &i Palliative Care of Western Colorado on December 11, 213.
Patricia was born in Mesa County on February 25, 1929. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth Nichols and Murray Collins.
Patricia's early years were spent at Molina, CO. Her mother, Ruth and Patricia moved to Salt Lake City in the 1930's, where she lived until the late 1990's, where she moved with her mother to the Fountains of Grand Valley in Grand Junction, CO. She was a resident of the Fountains until her death.
A memorial service will be conducted at the Fountains on December 27, at 9 a.m.
