Sandra Ruth Cunningham

Sandi was born August 31, 1946 in Monte Vista, Colorado to John A. & Marjorie Dabney. Sandi graduated from high school at Mountain Valley High School in Saguache, Colorado and earned her degree from Blair Business College in Colorado Springs. Sandi enjoyed spending time with family, especially her children & grand children, along with her friends and serving others. Sandi volunteered at the Fruita Thrift Shop, she was a member of the Center Methodist Church, Minnehaha #48 chapter of Eastern Star, Fruita Lioness and the Grand Junction Moose Lodge. Sandi worked in Saguache at the County Clerk and Assessors office & was a rancher in Saguache County for 27 years before moving to Fruita in 2008.

Sandi is survived by her children Brian and Kay Wood of Billings, Montana and Jill Cunningham of Fruita, Colorado. She was a proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren Cody, Kadin, Austin, and Kolton. She is also survived by a sister Grace Calhoun and nieces Shawn Jensen and Rhonda Calhoun.

Sandi was preceded in death by her parents John A. & Marjorie Dabney.

Sandi was greatly loved by all that knew her and will be missed tremendously. Our family would like to extend a heart felt thank you to all the people that were a part of mom's life.
