He was a drywall journeyman.
Wade is survived by his son, T.J. Grindinger of Grand Junction; daughters, Camille Lamb of Round Rock, Texas and Cara (Joe) Burleson of Houston, Texas; parents, Ronald and Rosielea Perkins of West Valley, Utah; sisters, Shuron (Finn) Higgs of Magna, Utah and Windi Forester of West Valley, Utah; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gina Perkins.
