William Fredrick Nixon, age 74, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. William was born on February 21, 1950, in Michigan to G.A. Nixon and Alice Nixon (née Brooks). He spent his childhood in Newberry, Michigan, and graduated from Newberry High School. He later attended Gunnison University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree.
William worked as a resident nurse throughout his career. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and tying flies. He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Nixon, and his son, Brian Nixon.
He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.
