Christiana Medeiros

Christiana Modupe Medeiros, a beacon of love and faith, entered this world on July 8, 1932, in Nigeria, born to Nathaniel Ademokun and Patience Falade. With grace and quiet strength, she lived a remarkable 93 years before peacefully passing on March 19, 2026, in Mansfield, Texas.

A devoted Christian, Christiana lived her life with unwavering faith, kindness, and purpose. She was the heart of her home—a place she lovingly filled with warmth, wisdom, and the comforting rhythms of family life. To her children, she was a constant source of strength, guidance, and unconditional love. To her late husband, she was a faithful, devoted and, cherished partner.

Christiana’s legacy is written in the lives she nurtured, the meals she prepared with care, the prayers she whispered, and the countless quiet acts of love that defined her days.

She leaves behind a family forever shaped by her spirit—her beloved sons (Francisco, Julius, Justino, Frederico and Charles), her daughter (Lena) and extended family whose lives are richer because of her. Though she is deeply missed, her light continues to shine in the hearts of all who knew her.

Rest in peace in the care of the Almighty, Christiana. Your journey here was a gift, and your memory a blessing.

Visitation will be held at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 on May 8, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. A Funeral Service will follow at the Funeral Home at 10:30 am. A Committal Service will be held at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens, 3001 S Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 immediately following at 1:30 pm.
