With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Geanine after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a lifelong resident of Grand Prairie. She was a 1978 graduate of South Grand Prairie High School and a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. One of her favorite pastimes was traveling and cruising with family and friends. Geanine cherished her dinners with her high school friends. She was Loved and will be missed by her family and friends.
Geanine was preceded in death by her parents James and Virginia Carroll, and her brother, David Carroll.
She is survived by her brother Jim Carroll (Pam), her sisters Georgia Carroll and Patricia Carroll, her nieces Courtney Carroll (Jay), Jamie Ley (Geoff), and great-nephew Everett Ley, and great-niece Corinne Ley.
A private service will be held at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
