Janice Lynn Rockenbaugh of Grand Prairie, Texas, passed away on April 3, 2026, at the age of 78. She was born in Longview, Texas, on May 31, 1947, to William N. Kelley and Florence (Barber) Kelley. After high school, Janice married and dedicated her life to her husband and children.
