Jasmine Rebekah Sabedra, 20, passed away October 19, 2014 in Grand Prairie, Texas. Jasmine was born December 7, 1993 in Dimmitt, Texas to Julian Sabedra and Rachel Martinez. Jasmine graduated from South Grand Prairie High School. She was a good person, very kind, quiet and never had anything bad to say about anyone. She loved pets, running, and playing soccer. She was an avid reader and enjoyed the “Hunger Games” and the “Twilight” series. She did not like the beginning of the “Lion King”. She always liked to make herself look pretty and make sure everyone else did, too. She loved taking “selfies”. Jasmine was a super aunt and she loved her nieces and nephews. She also liked to dance and her favorite song was “Believe” by Cher.
Jasmine is preceded in death by her grandmother, Maria Triana; grandfather, Isaac Sabedra. She is survived by her parents, Julian and Rachel Sabedra of Grand Prairie, Texas; sisters, Cassandra Sabedra of Hereford, Texas and Laura Sabedra of Grand Prairie, Texas; brother, Jacob Sabedra of Grand Prairie, Texas; five nieces and two nephews.
