Born February, 12th 1971 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Juan and Adelaida Ybarra. Juan is remembered as a person who sacrificed everything to take care of his dad, a person that was so funny with his sarcasm, a person that you could trust because he was so real and authentic. Most of all, he will be remembered for his gentle soul. His occupation was a customer representative for Sirius XM Radio and before that for Sprint Communications.
Preceded in death by his parents, (Juan Luna Ybarra and Adelaida Guajardo Ybarra), he is survived by 1 brother Javier Ybarra and wife Sheila of Grapevine, TX, and 3 sisters Lilia Gonzalez and her husband Robert of Grand Prairie, Sally Gibson and husband David from North Richland Hills, TX, and Elida Rincon and husband Rolando from Salt Lake City, UT. He is survived by 8 nieces and nephews, Alex Gonzalez, Erica Barnes (wife to Brian), Crystal Baker, Christian Ybarra (husband to Kenzie), Lezlie Ybarra, Gabriella Gibson, Giovanni Rincon and Angelina Rincon, and two 2 grand nieces, Elena Barnes and Emmie Barnes.
The family will be receiving extended family and friends from 6:00-9:00pm, Thursday, May 2nd at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth St., Grand Prairie, TX.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00a.m. Friday, May 3rd, at Grand Prairie Funeral Home Chapel, 733 Dalworth St, Grand Prairie, TX.
Graveside service will be held 11:00am, Friday, May 3rd, at Southland Memorial Park Cemetery, 100 SW 3rd St, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.
The family will be receiving flowers or donations toward the funeral at Grand Prairie Funeral Home at 972-263-7200.
