Karen Gonzalez returned to her eternal fathers house on Tuesday October 9, 2012. She was born April 5, 1951 in the Bronx, NY to Andy and Edith Anderson. Karen was the kind of person who never met a stranger, even though she was very timid. People could never tell if she was joking or not, but once you got to know her you loved her and she loved you. Everyone was her family. She was very fond of her Irish background, which went along with her out-spoken and strong minded ways. Karen enjoyed reading and loved horses especially riding them. Even though she was not a nature person. She was always entertaining people, and liked to sing. Many people say she has a beautiful voice. Karen liked the color purple and traveling, of all her adventures the ocean and the beach were her favorite. She celebrated her 34th wedding anniversary with her loving husband Carlos this year. She was such a loving wife, mother and grandmother. And was always caught saying "don't be the problem, be the solution" or "Aey Kelly". It was a true loss to all who were touched by her kindness when her Lord called her home. She will be forever loved and missed by all her friends and family.
Karen is survived by her husband Carlos Gonzalez, daughter Kelly A. Gonzalez, grandson Jose J. Dunes and granddaughter Karina Natalia Dunes, as well as many many many friends.
