Mario Alba-Franco

On Friday, September 25, 2015, Mario Alba Franco, 48, lost his battle against cancer. He was born in Mexico City on June 10, 1967. Mario was self-employed, he operated a body shop with his brother. His true life’s work; however, was music. Mario played bass guitar and led his band for over 10 years.

Mario is survived by his wife, Nora Alba of Dallas; his children, Mario Alberto Alba Lopez, Maciel Alejandra Alba Lopez and Marco Antonio Alba Lopez; grandchildren, André Alba, Fabrizio Espinosa, Sebastian Espinosa and Caleb Alba; his parents, Delia Franco Botello and Mario Alba Garcia; four brothers, Hector, Jose Luis, Miguel Angel and David Alba; his sister, Monica Alba; paternal grandmother, Petra Garcia; dear friends, the Torrescano Family, the Cuevas Family, the Alvarez Family, the Herrera Family and the Cortez Family.

Mario was deeply loved and respected by all, but will be especially missed by his in-laws; Benjamin & Evalia Robles, Jennifer & Alex Flores, Ben & Yuri Robles, Tiquia & Simon Robles, Frutoso & Cynthia Robles, Omar & Antonia Robles; his nieces & nephews, Sophie, Julian, Jeannette, Sebastian, Cynthia, Jazmin, Krista, Gaby, Aidan and Megan; his step sons J. Christian Sandoval & Max A. Sandoval.

Funeral Arrangements will be held, Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, between 5p-9p at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home at 2951 S. Beltline Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 at 12 noon at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 5605 Bernal Dr., Dallas, TX 75212.
