On December 7, 1944 she married J.L. Jack Howell MCPO. Marjorie was a military wife and homemaker who volunteered at the library on the Naval Air Station. She traveled the world while raising three children: Kathryn, Thomas and Lawrence. When her children were grown then she returned to school. Marjorie graduated from UTA and received her Bachelors Degree in English.
Marjorie was a member of the Living Water Christian Church and had a passion for her family. She loved all things purple and often said "chocolate was the food of life." Most importantly she loved the Lord and was instrumental in teaching others about Jesus. She would use her contagious smile and the "BEST" hugs in the world. You knew you had experienced unconditional love.

She is survived by her children: J. Thomas Howell, Lawrence Steven Howell; grandchildren: Thomas S. Liberty, Jessica Liberty Tinsley, Marina Boccuzzi; great-grandchildren: Phoenox T. Liberty Evans, Max David Boccuzzi and sister Betty A. Cranford.
