Melba Fay Mullins, 87, passed away Friday, April 15, 2011 at a local hospital. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2011 at First United Methodist Church, 777 Walnut Street, Mansfield, TX 76063. Melba was born Spetember 10, 1923 to Garland Pior and Lucille Pior in Amarillo, Texas. Melba worked as an Interior Decorator for many years. Preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Neal Mullins, Jr. Melba is survived by her son, Noel Mullins and his wife Donna; daughter, Vickie Davis; grandchildren, Gary Mullins, Michelle Smith and Ashley Moon; great-grandchildren, Malloree Smith, Brenna Smith, Brice Smith, Parker Moon and Aubrey Moon; a brother, Gerald pior; and several nieces and nephews.
