Ninfa attended Dallas Baptist University and worked for the City of Grand Prairie Housing Department as an Administrative Clerk. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Ninfa is preceded in death by her parents; Gabriel and Victoriana Gutierrez; brother, George Gutierrez and her beloved son, Michael E. Castaneda.
Ninfa is survived by her children; Leonardo Castaneda, Jr. and Alexandra Lopez; grandchildren; Victoriana A. Lopez, Maximus S. Garcia and Jonathan A. Garcia; great-grandson Jay A. Salina; siblings, Arthur, Oscar, Richard, Ruben and Eva Gutierrez and Nelda Rios and Olga Holguin; as well as, may nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members.
A funeral service for Ninfa will be held Monday, April 14, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
