Stephen was born on October 2, 1976 in Dallas, Texas to Paul Stephen Stovall and Sherry Lynn Walker.
A graveside service for Stephen will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
