William Harold "Bill" Miller, 67, of Grand Prairie, passed away on November 11, 2009. Services were held November 14 by Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Prairie. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Bill was born September 28, 1942 in Columbus, Georgia to William Monroe and Corene Austin Miller. A retired U.S. Army officer, Bill served in Vietnam as a combat helicopter pilot in the 1st Cavalry Division. He was preceded in death by his parents and three minor siblings. Bill is survived by his wife, Barbara Miller; brother, Marvin Miller; sister, Sherry Calhoun; three sons, William and Robert Miller and Ed Wright; daughter, Latricia Wright; grandchildren, Harmony Miller, Mackenzie Miller, Alicia and Clayton Wright, Jessica Wright and Heather Figley. Memorials may be made to your preferred charity.
