Bobbi Thomas Keller

Georgene (Bobbi) Roberta Keller, 75, of Grand Rapids died unexpectedly Saturday morning October 9th, 2010. She was born November 27th, 1934 in Grand Rapids, MI and was the daughter of the late Charles & Angeline (Przbylski) Thomas. Bobbi was a person who loved life. Her greatest treasures were her eight children and twenty-seven grandchildren. Her legacy is a large, close family who loves to share in each other’s lives. Bobbi retired after 20 years of service as an executive assistant at Harrow Industries. She is survived by eight children; Karen (Jeffery) Cole, James (Laurie) Keller Jr., Janet (Edward) Nikodemski, Charlene (Kevin) Roskam, David (Deb) Keller, Kathleen (Robert) Mitchell, Mary (Steve) Harvey, and Daniel (Miki) Keller; twenty-seven grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Potter, and Mary Ann Rinkevich; a special friend Dan Twardowski. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years James Michael Keller Sr.; and a sister Lorraine Weber. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 14th , 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2275 Diamond Ave., N.E. Grand Rapids with Rev. George Darling, celebrant. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday October 13th, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. with a Rosary at 8:00 p.m.( a sharing of memories will begin at 7:45 p.m.) at Reyers North Valley Chapel, and one hour prior to the Mass on Thursday at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with envelopes provided at the funeral home.
