Tom, Steve, Scott, Sandy, Jim, Jan, Bill and family,
Surprised and so sorry to hear about Carol's death. When I think about Carol words like warm, friendly, vibrant come to mind. She was the Bailey family communicator. So few of us cousins left. I think my brother, Bill (just turned 96) and I are the most senior. She will be missed in many caring ways.

Blessed memories,
Peg (Van Luyn) Beckwith

Dear Tom and family,
Steve and I send our condolences to you all. Carol was a funny, friendly, kind conversationalist who always had a smile on her face. I remember her painting a welcome sign for us when we moved into the neighborhood, she tutored our daughter in the summer and she even taught me some painting techniques. I always enjoyed time spent talking with her and will remember her as a wonderful lady.

Carol will be greatly missed. We have become good friends with Carol and Tom over the past few years. We will miss her so much, she talked about family and what she had done in the past. The cottage was a blessing to her and Tom. She was a beautiful friend in so many ways, alot of laugh's were had over the few years that we were close.

I’m saddened to hear the news of Carol passing. I have so many amazing childhood memories from having Sandy as my closest friend growing up, and all of the time spent with the Whittington family.

Sending much love to Sandy and the Whittington family at this time.

My condolences to my extended family, I lost a second mom. Not only did we live across the street from each other I’ve been party of the family for close to 60 years. Steve and I became friends prior to kindergarten, both Carol and Tom treated me like a son. I’ll love and miss her as much as the rest of the family. GOD Bless you all kin folk.

Carol was our "other" Mom for many years when we lived on Cogswell street. She always had an amazing laugh, her sense of humor was awesome and she loved my family. Her loyalty and affection was unparalleled.

I can only imagine the laughing reunion she is having with my Mom now!!

I am so sorry to hear that Carol has passed away. She was such a sweet woman and a great neighbor. We loved sliding down the hill between our backyard and theirs in the winter!
I pray that God will wrap his arms around your family and comfort you in this difficult time. Although saying goodbye to loved ones is painful, the joyous reunion in heaven one day will be amazing!
