Edward F. Kainz

Edward F. Kainz, aged 98 of Grand Rapids, went to be with his Lord Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Lodge At Maple Creek. He was preceded in death by his wife Anna M. Kainz. Surviving are his daughters, Barbara (Jack) Beilfuss of Richmond, IN., Bonnie (Jerry) Field of Rockford. His grandchildren, John, Ed, Julie, David (Holly) Beilfuss, Sarah (Dan) Draper, Brian (Kirsten) Field; great grandchildren, Benjamin and Greta Beilfuss, Daniel and Nathan Draper, Jackson Ellery, and Addley Field. His brother, George (Bernice) Kainz, brother-in-law, Edward (Mary) Minch, all of PA., many nieces and nephews. Ed retired from Miller Equipment Company after over 30 years of service. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Service Of Remembrance will be held 3 p.m. Saturday June 4 at St Stephens Lutheran Church 6070 Kuttshill Dr NE Rockford, MI 49341 Rev Diane Konynenbelt officiating. Interment in the Memorial Garden at Second Congregational Church. Relatives and friends may meet his family at the church one hour prior to the service Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Maple Creek benevolence fund or Second Church Memorial Garden.
