Brian darling, I am so sorry for your family's loss I wish I could find the right words to comfort you. I can tell you from experience that this terrible pain will lesson,it won't hurt like this forever I promise. I was your age when I lost my mother,and I still miss her everyday after 20yrs,but the ache is gone.You have been like a member of our family for as long and we will always have a place in our hearts for you. You lost a mother but you have me and Kristy's family,you will never be alone,I know you have your dad and brothers but sometimes you need a healing hug from a woman. You've been like a big brother and best friend to at least one or two of my kids,and my grandson loves you so much,you are a part of my family! I pray you and your dad and brothers find comfort and peace.

Iris was a wonderful lady and friend.  I'm glad I knew her.  She loved her boys and was proud of them, and she loved her grandchildren.  She would always light up and smile when I asked her about them. I was inspired by her faith and the way she pursued knowing the Bible and God, in spite of her disabilities. Dear Bob, Bill, Brian, and Brent,  I am so sorry for your loss.  We shared so much of our lives together as we were raising our young families, the cups of coffee and tea that we shared many afternoons were too many to count.  I wish there had been more but, I am very glad that I got to spend one more afternoon with her a while ago. I love the cover picture you have of her here, it's just as I will always remember her.
