Kathleen Agnes Dowd

She is preceded in death by her parents, George Arthur and Agnes Dowd, her siblings, Margie, Joe, Judy, Pat and Mike.

Kathleen is survived by her children, Heather (Ethan) Coe, Rebecca (John) Pawlik, David (Caitlin) Bolich, 6 grandchildren, and her sister Rosemary.

Kathleen had a green thumb, she loved to tend to her garden and being outdoors. She felt free when she was embraced in nature and around animals. She enjoyed casting a reel in the water, especially those times she spent fishing with her father early on in her life. She was an extremely talented and creative seamstress, her girls could always count on beautifully made dresses at Christmas, Easter, and times alike. Kathleen was a strong Christian who loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The family invites you to a Visitation for Kathleen that will be held Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, followed by a Prayer Service to begin at 6:30 PM at Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505.
