Patricia McCormick

Patricia Louise McCormick aged 78, of Grand Rapids, went home to her Lord on June 22, 2011. She was reunited in heaven with her parents Leo and Elsa Smith and brother Milton Smith. Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her children Marshall (Cindy) McBride of Ada, Janine (Dave) Pollock of Florida, Susan (Jason) Douma of Rockford, grandchildren Rebecca and Matthew McBride, Brittney, Aaron and Kendall Pollock, and Jackson, Noah and Gracelyn Douma. Patricia was a Professional Bowler for years and known as Patty McBride. She bowled for AMF and this was the beginning of her love to travel. She was a longtime employee of Witte Travel for 28 years. Patricia was a vibrant woman who loved fellowship with friends, golfing and the symphony. Her sense of humor and quick wit was contagious and her spirit and good heartedness will be deeply missed. A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 25, 2011, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church 4301 Ambrose Ave NE Grand Rapids, MI 49525. Friends and relatives may greet the family from 10:30 AM until the time of the service.
